It's a convenient 3 LB. bag of Whole Prey Sardines. This is the whole fish with heads & guts intact. The fish are fresh frozen. They are oily ocean fish. The size of the individual fish can vary quite a bit depending on when & where they are harvested.
We have sourced sardines from several locations. Our current offering were wild caught off the coast of Baja, CA. They are flash-frozen to assure freshness. All natural, no preservatives or additives.
