We founded Unifour Natural Pet Foods with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

---Our store is open by appointment only. 

---We are not available on weekends. 

---At this time we do not ship frozen/raw products, they are pick up only. 

---In person exchanges or refunds only.  If you are unable to exchange in person ALL SALES are FINAL. 

---Product(s) must be in original packaging and unopened in order to exchange.

---We do not carry a lot of inventory.  In order to be guaranteed product you must let us know what you need during order week (MORE INFORMATION

---If you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us we want to know and will be happy to discuss how we can help.

---IN PERSON We will exchange any unopened products for something else.  (Frozen products must still be frozen)
